  I really appreciated a window project recently completed at my home by Manny and his company. The workers were polite, professional, and caring for keeping my home clean during the process. The quality of the work was excellent, the pricing was fair. I will use this company again for other home improvement work.

  Manny Roofing is an excellent company to work with. Five stars are not enough to tell you how great this company is. Communications were always great. Every time I called Manny or the office they picked up the phone or they would call back within the hour. Manny the owner was always respectful and honest as the day is long. Manny dealt with the insurance company for me. Everything was handled efficiently and on time. The insurance company loved dealing With such an honest company, Manny Roofing, They told me this many times. Manny’s crew worked very hard and efficiently to complete the job as soon as possible. They were all very helpful, polite and competent. . I recommended this company to many of my neighbors-and friends. Neighbors of mine also watched Manny’s men while they worked and personally told me how impressed they were with the outcome of the job. If I ever needed another job done, I will definitely call Manny Roofing again and whoever reads this review should do the same. I would be crazy not to. Job well done Manny Roofing.

  Zero Stars. I hired Manny Construction, LLC aka Manny Roofing, LLC to perform work to my home. The ventilation, siding, roof shingles, and gutters were not installed properly and need to be repaired. The work did not pass inspections by the ********* Building Department. Also, the company damaged other parts of my home and refused to repair the work or fix the damage after stating it would do so. Instead, the company placed a lien on my home. The company told me that the total cost of the work and materials would be $50,983. But when the owner learned some of the repairs may be covered by insurance, he issued me an itemized estimate, to submit to my insurance company, that was almost double of the total price of our contracts. It was for $93,928.32. I refused to agree. Also, the owner used a different product than what was shown to me. I will never hire Manny G**** or any of his companies again.

  Manny and his crew did an excellent job in my house. Communication with sales person was great and really professionals. They know what they are talking about because they explained how everything was going to happen to thats is exactly how it happened. I appreciate Manny and his team for all the help.

  Manny and his crew are AMAZING! Hard workers, very affordable, honest, professional. They did a roofing job for me and interior work and I absolutely love what they did. I couldn’t be happier! I recommend them 100%. I have already giving Mannys number to a few friends of mine that need work done at their house!

  This company is absolute trash. Either they have no workmanship guarantee or they refuse to honor it. They installed a roof on a home we purchased in December 2022. In April 2024 we noticed leaking around our chimney in our bedroom which ruined drywall we had just installed. Called Manny’s. They sent a worker out who stated “this is bad” when he saw the leak and noted that the flashing around the chimney was done completely wrong. We had a second and third opinion from other roofing companies that confirmed the work by Manny’s was in fact done incorrectly. However, instead of agreeing to fix the work that they did incorrectly, they want to provide an estimate and continue to cite that there is no warranty. Why would I pay to fix a roof that they didn’t do right in the first place? When I explained that this was unacceptable, the company went radio silent. Phone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails were largely ignored. Days they said they would show up, they didn’t. It’s been almost a month now with no recourse. They knew they screwed up and now they don’t want to take responsibility for it. Stay away from Manny’s.
