    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I called to schedule an appointment and the person was rude. He asked how many windows I was getting tinted and I told him I wasn’t sure as this was a gift but that I would call the person and get back to him. Despite my better judgment, I called back and let him know it was 2 windows. He decided to add a little jab, “I told you! People don’t always want 4 windows tinted”. He was very proud to be right based on an assumption as I never asked for a set number of windows to be tinted. I booked an appointment 2 weeks out where he went back and forth telling me I should do it sooner. After a few minutes, I finally got him to book the appointment for the day I was requesting. He told me my options were to be there at 8:30am or 9am but no other details. I didn’t want to engage further with the man seeing as this was for my friend. Well, we show up to the appointment and the same person is tinting another car. Which is odd if I made an appointment to get a car tinted for that morning. He asked, “what do you want?”. I told him I had an appointment at 9 am. He goes and checks and sees that my name is written down. He obviously double booked himself. My friend asked for ceramic. He replied with,”k, where’s your keys? It will be done later today. Want me to call you when it’s done or at the and of the day at 3?” So I stepped in to ask how long would the work take. This is when he decides to give me attitude the same as he did on the phone. “I told you on the phone that it is all day”. Ok, I just count in my mind and ask. Well, you said we can have you call when the work is done or at the end of the day. So, how long do you think it will take. At this point he decided to be as condescending,”well I said we close at 3 so it will take until 3pm. I always go over the tint and times on the phone it is not my fault you forgot”. That’s when I asked for my keys and left.
