      I paid the business $2,273.76.
      The business committed to provide me a R.O. membrane, a R.O. motor, a R.O. pump end, and a 300 psi gauge as well as the corresponding labor to install the parts above.
      The nature of the dispute is that the business installed a R.O. motor and R.O. pump end on October 18, 2023 that failed on November 6, 2023. Both the R.O. motor and R.O. pump end failed 19 days after installation. I was informed that there was a one year warranty for the R.O. motor and R.O. pump end. The failure of this R.O. motor and R.O. pump end damaged my property because water sprayed on many things including electrical outlets that had to replaced at my expense. I have attempted to resolve this dispute with the business through many phone calls and an in-person visit to their place of business at 153 Amity Rd. I returned the failed R.O. motor and R.O. pump end to the business in-person to make the processing of the warranty easier, spending hours of my own time, because the business never came to pick up these failed parts. I contacted the business many times via phone call in an attempt to get repairs completed because the failed parts were essential to the ability to supply necessary water to the home. The business did not respond to my requests for repairs. I incurred significant expense for the delivery of potable water while the system was offline. This business never repaired the system and I had to address the repairs myself.

      Well, we were told that the house is only going to be occupied by him and his wife. He also told the town of ********* ****** department and the state of *********** ****** department so we sized it for two people in the house. Come to find out when it ran out of water he was, doing a B&B and he had 14 people in that weekend so the system is not big enough and overheated and melted the pipes. I told him he needed the commercial size in there, but he didn’t want to spend the money so I can reimburse him if anything I should go to town of ********* in the state of *********** and tell him what happened , have a great day CHARLES S********

      I am rejecting this response because: the business has not responded directly to the complaint raised and the business has not provided a resolution option. Two renters, just two people, resided at the house at the time of the failure of the R.O. pump end and R.O. motor, please see the attached lease for verification. By the business operator's own words in response to this complaint the system including the R.O. pump end and R.O. motor should have been adequate for two people. I was informed there was a manufacturer's warranty for the R.O. pump end and R.O. motor. The parts failed within 19 days of installation. I would like the warranty for the parts processed and the cost refunded. The parts were installed and the work was completed less than one year ago. I notified the business of my desire to process a warranty claim and a refund of the cost for the failed R.O. pump end and R.O. motor many months ago and multiple times via phone call and in-person. I provided the failed parts to the business and received a document acknowledging receipt of these parts for the purpose of filing a warranty claim from the business, attached to the original complaint and attached again here.
