    I purchased an exhaust system on March 2, 2024 was told it would take 2 weeks to ship after 3 weeks I was told I would not receive the item for 5 weeks in total. I was not happy with that timeline as it was advertised 2 weeks for delivery at the time of purchase. Requested a refund on March 20th 2024. Was told it was initiated. Recieved a call from them on that Friday the 22nd of March telling me my item would be delivered in 2 weeks?? I informed the gentleman that called I had already canceled the order and hadn't recieved my refund which caused him to develop a condescending tone for the remainder of the call. He told me my refund was on the way. As of today, March 27th still have not received a refund.

    On August 15th, 2022, I purchased two tank grips for my motorcycle from Moto D Racing. The order number is 2027837. The total was $93.09. When I was finished installing these grips I noticed that there was a white cloud in them. I contacted Moto D Racing via email and I communicated with Scott and Nick and they both gave me the same excuse that these grips were installed upside-down. It's very simple to explain, there's glue only on one side of these grips so it does not matter whether the grips are upside-down, as long the surface is flat, which it is (photo attached, photos 1 and 2). The results should be exactly the same but of course they grabbed on to that excuse. These grips are definitely damaged. I asked them for a full refund as I was willing to return them. They offered me a new pair or a store credit. I didn't want to risk the same product, besides I had already installed new grips on the bike (photo attached, photo #3). The grips are still in my possession ready to be sent back to Moto D Racing for a full refund.
