      On April 15, 2021, I paid $7600 to Antonio, of Northland Roofing for a complete roof replacement, plus additional plywood. In 2022, I discovered water was leaking into the walls and ceiling areas of both my son's room and my downstairs kitchen and hallway ceilings and electrical outlets, causing an electrical issue with my lighting an switches. I called Northland and told Antonio that water was getting in, and he sent someone out to fix the vent pipe, as if that was the issue. Assuming that I was all set, we moved forward until July 2023 when I was awaken to water pouring through the kitchen ceiling, again. At first, I thought it could be a plumbing issue with the pipes in the attic so I called a plumber. The plumber thoroughly investigated by entering the attic and he took a video which showed me the water stains on the wood frame and coming from the steep of the house. I took the video and called Antonio again who came out, viewed the video and sent someone out to remove the shingles and plywood to tell me that these items were completely dry but as I view the photos, the insulation looked partially stained. He told me to call him immediately when the water comes in again before they repair my ceiling however I am not home during the day so I cannot tell when water in dripping, and based on what I saw, you cannot just paint the ceiling, you have to fix the leaking problem and the mold. Antonio stopped communicating until August 11th when I sent him a photograph of my ceiling to which he responded by attempting to chastise me because I didn't call him when the water leaked, I wasn't at home when it leaked. Then on August 26th he asked to schedule a day to do a water test but came across a review I did on google and told me that if I didn't remove it he would not fix the issue. I replied that this is my opinion and he cannot make me remove it. He refuses to honor the warranty on my roof. I have all of this in text messages. He must repair my roof.
