    1/2/2024-Business installed floors, which they described as warrantied. They insisted on doing subflooring insure product. About a year later the floor boards started to crack. They said call the manufacturer and file a claim. Manufacturer said ok. They would cover repairs. I asked what if this continues to happen, they said since the claim was filed within their time guidelines they would to continue to repair them for a 10 or 15 year warranty period. ****** ****** said they would do the repair work. Never heard from them again. Stopped in person at the store today and he says he just threw the product out 2 weeks ago.

    This person is lodging a complaint against ****** ****** and we did not do her job.  We share a space with Atlas tile and they were the ones who did the job.  Have her produce any paperwork with ****** ****** information on it.  I find this completely irresponsible of her to write a complaint and not even know the actual name of the company that she spent "$30,000" with.

    Thank you for clarifying the business difference.  Your set up with atlas tile is rather confusing.  They have closed their store front completely.  The name on the building, where i met steve who installed my floors is ****** ******.  It seems as though the businesses merged and he works under ****** ******.  I do know who i spent 30K with and he is in your building with your name in it.  Perhaps an Atlas Tile sign would help if there are infact two businesses!  Sorry that this has fallen on ****** ******.  I have taken down my public complaint as i understand more clearly your confusing set up and Steve has since agreed to make right on the issue.  Thank you for understanding.
