      On January 21, 2025, I paid *** Blair $3,500, followed by $1,500 on January 23, 2025, and $2,600 on February 3, 2025, totaling $7,600. This payment was for three slabs of quartz to be used in two kitchens. After numerous calls and frustrating conversations, he delivered only one kitchen countertop and backsplash. The installation was poorly done, with noticeable gaps and uneven surfaces. I attempted to contact *** Blair multiple times regarding the remaining countertop and materials, which he assured me he would deliver. However, he has neither provided the remaining materials nor issued any refund.

      First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the total payment you made of $7,600, which was specifically for the materials provided for your project. However, I would like to highlight that I am still awaiting payment of $3,200 for the labor involved in cutting, mitering the edges, and installation. Additionally, I have not yet received the $500 for the two 8-foot fillers, one panel, and an extra shelf.

      I understand that you mentioned financial constraints in your text communications, which I’ve attached for reference. It's important to clarify that the job has been completed, and I have included a video demonstrating the finished work. It is worth noting that once the project was finalized, that was when the complaints began to surface.

      I am committed to resolving this matter amicably and would like to discuss how we can proceed regarding the outstanding payments thats still due.

      Mr Blair ask for a sun of 7800 which I can provide in text. Also was asking me to pay his workers for him which I send no. There was no agreement of 3200 or extra $500. Mr Blair also measured and cut the quartz wrong in which I sent photo. He also gave  me wrong length in cupboards . which I had to pay someone and extra $1500 to fix. Mr Blair also took 3 months to deliver the material which delayed the work.

      October 9, 2024 i ask Alton when will he install the counter top and backsplash. he kept giving me the run around, with lots of excuses. Was suppose to install 10/11/24, never came and install and gave lots of excuses. Mid October it was partial install, the back splash did not fit lots of open gaps and unfinished work. Reach out to him numerous attempt and he never came back to complete the job. today January 10 and no response on him coming back to finish the job. Which i pay in full.
