    I paid for someone to create a website for my company 3 years ago and they did a great job. About 5 months ago the owner of Mr.Humanity Media, Mr. Humanity gives and other names bought games from me and said he could give me a more updated looking website, make it so people can order items online to be shipped to them or pick up in person and the ability for me to update pictures and inventory without the continued need for his services. He said he normally charges $3000 for this but would do it all for $1000 within 90 days which seemed like a long time to me. He tried to sell me services I did not want all along and he delayed everything so many times. I think his company said he worked on the website through a website creator program that you click which you can add a lot of generic sales blocks that you need to adjust. He was using Wordpress because the previous person used Wordpress 3 years ago. He said I owe him $1700 more but will finish the site for another $1000. They really haven’t done much to creating my site other then basically making half a shell of a site. He then said he wants me to sign a new contract. The original contract had so many errors like he cut and pasted items. He said he would estimate how many hours more were needed to finish the website and I can get that done for free but if they go over I need to pay them more money. Based on what I’ve seen so far they will definitely go over. The amount of hours they are estimating are for basically me not having a nice site with bare bones on it which is not what the contract said. I didn’t sign the new contract so he hasn’t contacted me in over a month and is not working on the site. All of my new business cards, signs on my SUV, signs for my store, and posts have my website listed. People can’t buy anything from there. The items on there are likely gone as I only have 1 of each item. Thank you
