      This is the garbage company that picks up my garbage once a week. New invoices for the year 2025, came out in December to be pay yearly, twice a year or quarterly. First payment was due on 1/31 and I made my first quarterly payment on 1/27 for $145.00 out of the total invoice charge of $577.68. Today is February 8th and my garbage was never picked up, instead they left a note on my garbage bin stating that I had a non payment action. This is not the first time this happens. This has been a joke to these people. They expect you to make a payment and call them to let them know you made a payment. Why do I need to do their job? I made the payment 4 days before my due date and to them it is a problem when you make a payment close to the due date, well they need to change the due date or state on their invoices that the due date is not really the due date. As of right now they have my account on credit hold even though it is showing I made a payment on 1/27 for 3 months (January, February and March). They need to stop playing with people's time and money. They have been paid for a service they are not providing. I work for a living and I don't have the time to be calling them to let them know something they should be checking themselves.

      This customer is correct, she should not have been put on the stop service list, and we are very sorry for this oversight on our part, i am issuing the customer 1 week credit for the week she was not picked up.
