    This is a very disorganized and poorly run set of stores. Three times now, I have reserved and rented a full-sized car only to be stuck in a small compact car.
    I use the Guilford location because it is close to my home and the people hired are very nice. In fact I typically give good reports on the surveys sent me because the survey questions ONLY focus on the people and how polite they are.
    The kids they hire are doing the best they can but why can the organization not have enough cars available?
    Why if there are 5 or 5 reservations on a Monday morning, do they only have 1 staff person on duty?
    Why is it so difficult to look on the next day's reservation list and have those cars available and ready?
    The surveys only ask questions about the people but there needs to be basic organizational fixes for those great people to shine. If you in the business of renting cars, then have some cars available to rent and plan ahead.
