The business, ATLAS OUTDOORS, told me that they will only return the $8000 deposit if I remove negative ****** review. I did so, and informed them of that and accepted their offer to return my money as I met their condition. Then they are put additional conditions regarding my never posting a negative review anywhere in order to get my money back.
Isn't blackmail against the law?.

We have already released a reimbursement to Mrs. *****.
We immediately removed the fence installed and raked over the disrupted
areas on December 22nd.This should certainly provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I only got my deposit returned when i agreed to remove my negative review of the company and was blackmailed into agreeing to not post any other negative reviews.
according to the State, extortion is against the law and i can publish the truth
