    I received a cold call via telephone, I said I would like an estimate for purchase. I received a call back and was asked to sign a permission form. The information was not correct as the person stated. They spoke its not important that its just so they can have permission to come look at my property. I met with them on Monday, which was within the three day cancelation of telephone solicited business backout clause for cancilation. They showed up at my property and and were very unprofessional. they did not have a deposit check as promised, no paperwork, and not even a buisness card to show who they are. I asked for a copy of the mans license to prove who he was, but he never produced it. Now they are saying I signed a contract and I owe them a $15,000 commission fee. This is obviously attempted telephone fraud of the highest degree.

Better Buyer LLC covered the attorney fees and associated costs for the transaction. We understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the details of the agreement and the interactions you had with our representatives.

    To help clear up any misunderstandings, we would be happy to provide you with a copy of the signed agreement. If you could share the details of your complaint or any specific points of confusion, we will address them promptly.

    Please feel free to reach out to us directly at ********** and we will work together to resolve this matter. The property has been closed and we provided the service promised.
