    I purchased a 2020 ***** ********* a few months ago and it has given me nothing but problems, I feel they were not honest with me about the condition of the vehicle and I’ve had to bring it back numerous times and according to my records I will have paid over 50,000.00 for the truck and should not have all these issues. Today I had to have the truck towed to them because it would not start and wanted a loaner but they stated I needed to pay 500.00 first because of a scratch that I made on the loaner they gave me when I first had to bring the truck back because of transmission issues, I feel that I have not been treated fairly and instead of trying to help me they were more worried about the vehicle that already has been fixed, I am without a car and needs one for work and they did not seem to care.

    Branhaven has helped and taken care of every issue for *** *******.  We have provided rental coverage and stood behind our responsibilities to help and fix any and all issues.  This recent issue, we declined to work on or give courtesy transportation to *** *******.  The prior service, a few months ago, Mr. Robeldo damaged one of our cars.  He was responsible for the deductible ($500) which he never paid.  We informed him, for a few months, and we never received a response or payment for which r is responsible for.  When he called, with the current issue, we declined to work on his car until he made the payment that he agreed upon.  As soon as *** ******* made the payment for the damage, we set an appointment and brought him in for service.
