    I participated in a virtual Fast Food Focus Group on Wednesday, September 5th, which promised $125 for participation. I completed the session but never received payment. I’ve reached out to the company with no response.

    I have been a member of "TOUCHSTONE SURVEY PANEL POLLS" for several years including the time before the merger with the previous panel. Never had not one problem with this panel until now when my account was maliciously deactivated for flagged behavior. My children and I rarely qualify for research projects, surveys or other wise and when do we answer all questions to the best of our abilities without nonsense, incomplete or foolish answers! What seems to be the issues now??????? It is one thing to spend years accumulating enough rewards to cash out the system it is another to flag, tag, and maliciously hurl accusations that are false!!!!!!! It is another if the system is built to never redeem rewards it is another to not let an adult know there is a situation that needs to be remedied!!!!!! It is also another thing to not want to pay what is due!!!!!! This is cyber theft through and through!!!!!!!

    I also appreciate the expedited resolution of this situation! I understand quality control is of the upmost importance to being a panelist on any panel and will make sure to continue to live up to the community standards as according to terms and agreements!
