    ON 3/25/2024 i TOOK MY TRUCK TO GET FIXED AND ON 04/08/2024 MY TRUCK WAS RETURNED TO ME BY Unique Auto Works & Collision, AND THE WORK WAS NEVER DONE, i PICKED UP MY TRUCK AND HAD TO BING IT RIGHT BACK, NONE OF THE WORK WAS DONE, THE COMPNAY ONLY WIPED DOWN THE FRONT AND BACK BUMBER, NONE OF THE MECHANINCAL WORK WAS DONE,

    The vehicle was brought in for auto body  repairs due to an accident. 

    The repairs were paid for by the insurance company. The repairs that the insurance paid for were done in an efficient time for the customer. The customer returned the vehicle and advised something else is wrong. When the vehicle was returned, he was given a given a rental. The rental was paid by the facility not the customer. After viewing the vehicle again, it has been confirmed. It was an overheating problem, not an issue with the repairs I did. The customer did confirm he did buy this vehicle from a family member, brother-in-law. The customer also confirmed he was aware of the overheating problem prior to purchase. The customer did not reach out to the insurance regarding these issues.
