CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise and that you may need to reschedule your service.
Every customer will have the right to 2 annual cancellations without charge once communicated in advance.
Rescheduling and or canceling your cleaning will result in the cost of your services being MORE than your last cleaning, If not advised within 48 hours in advance.
Every customer will have the right to two annual cancellations without charge once communicated in advance.
The cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning date. If there is no rescheduling, a charge of 50% of the service value will be automatically added to the next invoice to cover the company's costs with workers.
Cancellations by the door or less 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the total cost of the scheduled services.
If the Client chooses to skip a cleaning without rescheduling, a 50% surcharge will be applied to the next invoice.IMPORTANT NOTE: A recurring customer cancels 2 or more cleanings in a row, our business may cancel their recurring cleaning schedule.
In an event Agnus Dei Cleaning cancels the cleaning appointment the company agrees to reschedule the next visit ensuring the client schedule will be Kept on the original schedule.
DISCLOSURE NOTICE:
Either party may terminate this agreement upon providing written notice to the other party at least 15 days in advance. In the event of termination, the parties shall settle any outstanding obligations, including payment of fees, within 15 days from the termination date."
This clause ensures that both parties have sufficient time to prepare for the termination or changes in the agreement and to resolve any outstanding obligations. It also promotes transparency and open communication between us.
