      We engaged Bill from Astro Power Windows to replace a room full of windows as well as a sliding glass door and skylight in the Summer of 2023 after using him multiple times in the past for window replacement projects. There were several delays in the project, and communication was poor overall regarding when his guys would show up or not. Most of the job ended up getting completed, albeit with less than ideal quality. However, the skylight was never replaced, and the sliding glass door was warped and needed to be returned and replaced. It has now been a year since we engaged with Bill to complete this job, the job has been paid in full for quite some time, and there is no resolution to this issue in sight. Bill has been giving us the runaround after calling and texting him consistently over the course of the last year. The original excuse was that his supplier ordered the “wrong skylight” and he’s been waiting for them to send him the replacement - Suffice to say that was clearly a lie, as it does not take a year to receive a skylight to a local warehouse. As for the slider replacement, he sent one of his workers here to address the sliding door, who agreed it was warped, and then Bill confirmed via phone that the company agreed to send him a replacement and he was waiting on said replacement. Once again, I suspect this replacement was never ordered in the first place. All we want is the job to be completed as promised.
