I placed an order with Tucci Polo shoes (********************* - Order #****) on 11/22/22 for the amount of $464USD. Their website states that production is typically 14-21 days, and that if any delays in production arise the customer will be contacted via email. After 5 months I have yet to receive any notification of delay nor the fulfillment of my order. I have contacted a live-chat agent a number of times and have been repeatedly told the same; no refunds after 48hrs., experiencing delays in production, promises that my order will be 'expedited' and to please have "patience, cooperation and understanding." My latest email requesting either a refund or order fulfillment has gone unanswered. After seeing a nearly identical complaint against Tucci Polo with the BBB spanning the same timeframe as my order I am worried this company is acting in bad faith.Business Response

We understand how you feel about the delays and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these delays have caused you. We are doing our best to fulfill your order and other customers' shoes in production line and you are right to be angry with the delays but we ask that you please calm down and give us more time to complete and fulfill your order. We will definitely compensate you for the delays once your order is fulfilled. I see you wear a size 9.5 medium, I have checked to see if we have a size 9.5 available in stock to ship to you as a free complimentary pair to be wearing in the meantime while we finish your order but we do not have any size 9.5 sample instock but definitely we will compensate you for the delays with a free matching belt to match your shoes (valued $165). If you still want us to refund you that will not be any problem as your money and order are intact. Our policy is that we will fulfill your order 100% and in the event we cannot will also notify you and issue you a refund of your order. It will give us joy that your order is fulfilled and you receive the shoes you paid for rather than cancelling and refunding you. We appreciate you as a customer and we understand it has taken more time but please relax your mind. We will fulfil your order guaranteed. Awaiting your response and thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already sent the following message directly to Tucci Polo in response to their latest communication. My reasoning for rejecting this response is due to the fact that I have received numerous promises from them already without any mention of a time-table for fulfillment of this order.
The following is a copy of my response to Tucci Polo;
Dear Tucci Polo Customer Support,
Thank you for your response. While I am still willing to accept the fulfillment of my order as a reasonable outcome for this dispute, the Better Business Bureau will be following up on my complaint and I will not be able to declare a satisfactory response or outcome from Tucci Polo until my order is either fulfilled or refunded. Therefore as we are now dealing with an intolerable delay for a simple shoe order, if neither of these resolutions are met by the time the Better Business Bureau requests an update on this case then I will have no choice but to further rely on them or any other means necessary to hold Tucci Polo to account in this matter.

I ordered shoes from Tucci Polo online back in October 2022 to wear for a business event. I did not receive the shoes in time for that and they should have arrived easily in enough time. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and they have asked me to be patient via email for 2 months and the refund never comes. I assume I will never see it at this point.Business Response

Refunds are only approved within 48 hours of placing an order otherwise we only issue store credit. When you placed your order, which all orders are made to order, we sent your order and size to our artisans in ****** and paid for the production and materials to start your production. It does state that if there are any delays in production, we will communicate such delays to you as a customer but the guarantee for your order to be made and delivered is 100%.
Cancellation is allowed within 48 hours before an order is sent to production and materials paid for. You started asking for refunds after 15-21 days after we have sent your order into production and paid for it. I believe we offered to send you a free pair of shoes to wear to your business event while we finish your production. However we agreed to cancel and refund you full payment which is what we are doing. So, we ask that you exercise patience for your refund to be completed. You will receive your full refund by next week because it's already in process. If we can do it much faster surely we will. Please relax your mind and exercise patience. Your refund will be completed successfully.

On October 26th 2022 a pair of Moon strap Blue ******** shoes. Told him to take 21 days for production to delivery a replacement pair of shoes were sent for my wedding and I was told to continue to patiently wait and I will receive a new tracking order once my ******** shoes order **** was ready have not received shoes. I have responded to you and clarified to you that your ********* is still in production and not ready. Why the misunderstanding? The ******** with weave leather we sent to you was sent from your account as you only have one account, your ********* ******** order **** once ready will be shipped out to you also and a new tracking number sent to you. We agreed to ship a free ******** to you to wear to your wedding while we finish making your order **** and you agreed before we shipped the ******** weave leather valued $1300 so why the misunderstanding now? I gave you discount instead of $1300, you paid $1105 and I still shipped a free ******** worth $1300 to you to satisfy you as a customer. Why the misunderstanding now? Exercise patience let's finish the ******** ********* and then ship it to you. We have a lot of orders in production and customers' shoes before yours so exercise patience. We will notify you once the ********* is ready to be shipped. And please close the complaint you wrote on BBB. If you don't want us to continue making your ******** ********* then return back the ******** weave leather, we sent to you brand new and unused so we can cancel your production order and refund you back your $1105. And if you have worn the ******** weave leather shoe and still want us to refund you then you have to pay for the cost of the ******** weave leather which is $1300. So, decide what you want. thanks for your understanding. You mentioned not getting in contact with us but I have responded to your more than five times.
Attached is the ******** worth $1300 I sent to you to wear while I get your ******** ready. you agreed for us to ship the Weave ******** to you while you wait for the ******** to be ready and now have been sending tens of emails, opening complaints on BBB and writing negative bad reviews on our website. Why?
