    They showed up on the wrong day to provide the regular inspection/service on my generator. As no one was home, they were unable to inspect the automatic transfer switch. A follow-up appointment was scheduled to complete the inspection, and they failed to show and also did not have the courtesy to provide notification that they would not be showing. Another follow-up appointment was scheduled, and again they failed to show without providing any notification. I don't like taking time off from work to wait for a technician to not show up for an appointment. This behavior is unprofessional. I would not recommend using them unless you like being inconvenienced.
