      SUMMARY:
WE HIRED SUNSHINE TO ORDER FLOOR FOR US AND ALSO INSTALL IT. ALONG WITH SHOE MOLD AND ALSO REDUCERS. WE PAID FOR FLOOR IN FULL AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND THEN FOR THE INSTALL BEFOR E IT WAS INSTALLED. WE ALSO PAID SEPERATELY FOR REDUCERS AND SHOE MOLD. THERE WERE OCCASSIONS WHERE THEY TRIED TO GET MORE MONEY FROM US - WRONGLY STATING THEY WOULD BE DOING A JOB BUT THEY DID NOT (FOR EXAMPLE LEVELING WAS ON OUR BILL FOR $500 BUT I MANAGED TO GET THAT OFF OUR BILL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO INTENTION TO DO THAT) THERE WAS NO TRUST BY THE TIME THEY CAME TO DO THE WORK. THE WORKSMANSHIP WAS NOT GOOD - SEVERAL AREAS ARE LEFT WITH MISTAKES, THE REDUCERS HAD SHARPIE WRITING ON THEM BUT THEY STILL INSTALLED IT. ALL OF THIS IS VIDEOS AND PICTURED. I ASKED THAT THEY COME AND FIX THIS BUT IT WASNT WORKING WITH THEM. THEY ALSO REFUSE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE REDUCERS HAVE WRITING ON THEM. THEY ALSO DID NOT FINISH THE JOB BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF WOOD. WE ARE NOT CONVICNED THAT THEY DELIVERED ALL OF HTE WOOD WE PAID FOR BECAUSE THERE IS NO ACCOUNTING FOR IT.
      BOTTOM LINE -
      1. WE NEED THE REDUCERS REPLACED BECAUSE THEY HAVE MARKS OF WRITING ON THEM
      2. WE NEED THE INSTALLED FLOOR TO BE FIXED WHERE THERE ARE MISTAKES
      3. WE NEED THE 25 BY 25 AREA THAT IS LEFT UNDONE TO BE DONE

I DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH SUNSHINE BECAUSE THEY KEEP STATING THAT I AM HARRASING THEM WHEN WE HAVE PAID IN FULL AND ARE ASKIGN THAT THEY DO THEIR JOB. I HAVE TRIED TO USE THE ******** ********** ****** TO NO AVAIL. AT THIS POINT I WANT SOME MONEY BACK FROM THE INSTALL AMOUNT AND ALSO FROM THE REDUCER AMOUNT SO I CAN GO TO SOMEONE ELSE AND GET THIS DONE. I CAN HAVE A NEW CONTRACTOR ORDER THE WOOD.
PLEASE CONFIRM. I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS AND ALL EMAIL CONVO I CAN SHOW YOU. I AM SCARED TO LET THEM INTO OUR HOUSE AGAIN. THEY THINK BY ME COMPLAINING I AM THREATENING THEM WHEN I HAVE A RIGHT TO DO SO AND NO RECOURSE BECAUSE I HAVE PAID .

We have thousands of happy customers, so many people that love and respect our products and services, but not Ms.****.

We have tried to explain that she needs to purchase the additional square footage of Pre-finished Stained Herringbone pattern from the same vendor to match. So far the past several months we have explained this, but have not received payment for the vendor to produce this custom product.

Ms. **** ordered, paid, and received all 600 ft.², it was delivered to her and she signed the packing slip. Flooring was counted and checked twice, once when leaving the vendor, the second on receiving.

Packing slip was presented to her and she signed a copy. Signed copy is in the report  She also requested the vendor packing slip and Purchase order, which in 20 years, has never been requested or provided to any customer but was provided to her.

Ms. **** was emailed and informed, that additional wood would need to be ordered. She’d have to be responsible for paying for additional materials and freight/duty. Once materials are paid and received, we would go back with the wood to finish 5x5 area and we would then also check all the concerns that she had.

The materials have been ordered and need payment for production.

Her emails were answered but we could not speak to her as she was calling us after hours on our personal cell phones and yelling, name-calling.

At Sunshine we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for such behaviors, We limited communication to email only.

We will return to the jobsite once we have the materials needed, as we said, but ask that Ms. **** mark the concerned areas with post its or bluetape ahead of time.

That she and her family keep a personal distance while we work and do not engage in any yelling.

Upon our completion, before we leave, she is invited to inspect the work.

She can put blue-tape where she wants us to review on that same day.

This day will be the last time we will attend to this job and will consider it closed.

      Regards
