    In November i bought a house from this seller. he was supposed to get AC Unit fixed in January, I thought I could trust him but he was just a fraud. I have been reaching out to him, he never respond. Few weeks later he said he was coming February or March but till now he doesn't show up. We have tried calling and texting to get him to come take a look at it but he either ignores completely or says he's too busy. When he finally "agrees" to come; he didn't show up and says he had an emergency. About 6 months pass by and he is still ignoring our calls so we call from a different number. He finally answers and says he will take a look but he is too busy. I tell him if he no shows again, that I'm taking him to court and he hangs up on me. This business just stealing people money and complete service that they promise to do at this point as much as I didn't want to deal with legal, but we're going to have to take him to court. He has also been taken to court by other people apparently, with similar issues. It is unbelievable that people wants to business like that. I think this business license should be revoke because I work too hard for my money to let business waste my money like that. Im in a place no ac, no fan this heat is outrageous and this guy doing all this illegal stuff causing people to suffer and sick. Imagine how hot it is outsidePlease close down this business for this is a scam and it so unfair that someone thinks they can run a business like this.

    In October he came to repair the AC unit. About 2 weeks later the AC stops working entirely. We have tried calling and texting to get him to come take a look at it but he either ignores completely or says he's too busy. When he finally "agrees" to come he no shows and says he had an emergency. We have a warranty that is supposed to be good for several years but it didn't last 2 weeks. 6 months pass by and he is still ignoring our calls so we call from a different number. He finally answers and says he will take a look but he is too busy. I tell him if he no shows again, that I'm taking him to court and he hangs up on me. We didn't want to go that route but we're going to have to take him to court. He has also been taken to court by other people apparently, with similar issues. Amazing that someone thinks they can run a business like this.

    On 11/2/2023 I signed a contract with this business to receive HVAC services for a property. The total amount quoted was $16,500. The down payment that he wanted was $10,000 and I gave the check that day. The check was cashed on 11/3/2023. He wrote on the contract that the job will be completed in one week from todays date (11/2/23). It is now 11/27/23 and the job is not completed. Pierrot keeps saying he will come and finish the job on certain days and does not show up, does not answer the phone and does not respond to texts. I am attaching a picture of the contract we both signed along with the check I gave. I have also provided for him all equipment so he cannot lose time and to be on time with his completion date because I saw that the lies started after 2 days of work. I do not have time as I need to get this job done and need a refund of the work that is not completed so that I can hire another HVAC company to finish the job.
