    I did a review on ****** explaining my experience. It was not good. When I called for service I was very specific in what was needed. I had checked the service cost online for the Wizard. What bothered me was not getting the service requested. I was not aware of the discrepancy until I saw the receipt. I was paying the bill for my niece and I was not at her apartment. When I saw the physical receipt that was when I realized that the service was not performed. All she got was a new doorknob and a lock adjustment. I stand by my review and my experience. When the adjusted lock failed to lock, she called for service and was told that the service call was not in the computer and he, the owner, did not recall the service. I noted on ****** that women are not always treated fairly when requesting and paying for service, I stand by my statement.
