    Mike and his crew were professional and did a fantastic clean up job. I run an assisted living and we had an abundance of furniture and belongings that residents didn’t want. They cleaned it all out , swept and left it spotless. Very pleased.

    Wiz Biz Property Management did a phenomenal job power washing the siding of my home as well as the driveway and walk way. I put my house on air B&B and the photographs played a crucial part in the success of my business. The before and after photographs were truly eye popping. After Michael and his crew came and did their work the bookings for my home went through the roof, and I am grateful for their efforts. More so, the price I was quoted was far and above better then any competition quoted me for the same job. All I can say is thanks again! I would recommend hiring Wiz Biz LLC. for all your home and business property management and upkeep. Going forward I intend on hiring them to do my snow removal for the upcoming winter season.     THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE !!!! Mr Britt was quick , efficient, and importantly the most friendly professionals I've came across. In a pinch , i needed a rush job of a basement makeover done as fast as possible on a budget. Within calling Mr Britt on a tueaday morning , he was at my house overlooking the job and room 2 hours after the call . I explained my budget and rush time frame and as a single mother and care taker of my father and uncle he looked at the job and understood immediately what i needed and what needed to be done . THE BEST PART YET , HE SAVED ME MONEY ON MY BUDGET !!!!!!!!! Not only was the job completed in 2 days , he stayed under my budget and made sure it was done and completed ! Wiz Biz Property Management Consultants LLc was the best find I came across and ill never use anyone else. He is always on call and made sure he worked around our quiet time in the house , physical therapist home visits , and his work crew was outstanding. I MADE SURE I MADE THE WHOLE WORK CREW LUNCH LOL !!! i was amazed by the efficent work and beautiful job they did. THANK YOU WIZ BIZ !!!
