    Went to bpm recycling to discard building material. I had a second truck following me. Both trucks get on the scale to have weight recorded, then proceeded to dump. I returned back to scale for final weight, and cost, which cameout as 6820 full, 5940 empty, with a net of 940 with a total price of 74.16. I moved off scale so my second truck could get weighed, this is where things got fishy. The receipt for the second truck was identical in every aspect as the first truck execpt the transaction number. I questioned the validity of the scale. The lady working behind the glass tells me these things happen, blowing me off. She proceeded to tell me this is the numbers for the white uhaul I'm driving, until worker tells her the uhaul was on scale before me, and that's not me. She takes the 2 identical receipts back, tells me they doubled printed, and she will make out receipt for second vehicle. All she did was drop the full weight by 100 lb, dropped the empty weight 100 lbs, so the net weight stays the same to cover the inaccuracy. The transaction number on first receipt is 29088, the identical receipt transaction for second truck was 29089. The reprinted transaction receipt should've been 29090, but it's not, it's 29091. And there were no ot h errors transactions that took place during this time.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,  I apologize, we do not fully understand ****** ****'s complaint. Mr **** used the facility to discard debris. When the scale attendant, a nineteen year old female college student working part time presented Mr **** with his invoices, Mr **** questioned the invoices. The scale attendant politely explained the invoices. Mr **** became belligerent and called over two of his associates. The scale attendant attempted to ask Mr **** why he was so upset and what could be done to make the situation right. Mr **** then told the scale attendant to shut *** **** Up and began intimidating her. The scale attendant in tears called for help, team members and senior management  instantly responded to the call for help.  Mr **** was rude and discourteous again, this time to the owner who is a middle aged woman. Mr **** did not want to pay for what he dumped. Mr **** was offered the opportunity to back into the building and reload his discarded waste material and use a different disposal facility. Mr **** then elected to pay the invoice. Mr **** used vulgarity, profanity,fear and intimidation also Mr **** was very rude and unprofessional.  There will be no refund issued. Mr **** and his associates are not welcome here.
