    We Bought a $19,000 Merit MH950 from Jeff M******* the owner of this location.
    Jeff's staff delivered the machine leaking.
    For the last four weeks we have tried to get warranty service from Jeff, only to be ignored.
    Finally, Jeff called me screaming and swearing, claiming he was on vacation and to never contact them again.

    Ordered engine about a month ago after a week I had to contact them for them to tell me its back ordered. I requested refund. The person Jeff or somebody tried to upsell me an engine then asked for my debit card numbers, expiration date and CVV number. I gave it out not thinking. But the way he asked for it and the attitude made me believe I am never getting this refund. Now im out 800 dollars. I filed a complaint with the police department and opened a case with my bank and they advised me to get a new debit card number. This guy and his wife are always in and out of court for scamming people its all public record. I cant believe i was this stupid. STAY AWAY FROM MERIT HARDWARE RENTALS AT ALL COST.

    I order an SPARTAN OEM STRIPE KIT PART back in September 2023 and I still have not received a product … I have called multiple times and even left an email to see what was going on but I still have yet to get in contact with anyone … this business is a scam

    I went on their website to look for 40hp leaf loader and found it the price was 11,999.00 so the next business day I called Merit and spoke to Ron and asked questions about the machine and specifically mentioned the price and agreed he said if that is the price you see then it is. Then I went to give half the money on credit card and was told they would call me after they run the credit card which they didn't call until they were 18 minutes away. The driver gave me the bill and the machine gave him the balance signed the receipt. Went into the house to look at the receipt and saw I was charged 12,999.00 instead of 11,999.00 I called spoke to Ron he passed me to Vic and was told we are on ******** ****** place for 12,999.00 and that is what I charged you I repeated my self numerous times I didn't find it on Facebook I went directly to their Website. Well they wouldn't honor the lower price but gave me the owners phone number. I called him and he was rude, nasty, arrogant and he said oh well we advertised it on ******** *********** for the higher price again I told him I didn't even know it was advertised there I went on their website. His answer was we haven't gotten a chance to fix the price on the website. I said that's not my problem you should honor the lower price as that's what I saw I have pictures of the advertisement on their website. He is dishonest and falsely advertising on two sights with two different prices. He is a crook. I would like my 1,000.00 difference paid back to me.

    They picked up our lawnmower for repair and brought it back after we paid $339 only to find out it wasn’t fixed after they just did some minor spark plugs etc. expensive things… It didn’t work so we called them and went into their establishment to Xpress. The fact that it wasn’t fixed and it’s not fair for us to pay for something that’s not working, after going back-and-forth with them in the cold, rude way we were treated, they agreed to get it again, they picked it up again and they’re charging us over $320 again. It’s so unfair because if you say you’re going to fix something and you bring it to the person after repair it should be working if it’s not working it’s your job to fix it to satisfaction and not charge a double amount. I felt unsafe with the cold response stating you just have to pay it. I said I would like to speak to the manager who is the CEO of the company and he said you still going to have to pay it. He’s not going to give you any different answer they treated us unfairly. I felt scammed and cheated. I asked my husband not to come back because he was so upset and I didn’t want to escalate anything because people who are not willing to work with you can’t be trusted. I don’t know what they would’ve done. I’m just so very upset that they didn’t treat us fair .. so alone, I went back. I brought the receipt to them and I said you know what I paid the first time they took $100 off but that’s not good enough because I shouldn’t have to pay twice for services that they didn’t do the first time. On top of that they claimed they weren’t able to take my credit card the second time around it had to be cash. I said why because you took it the first time and he claimed the credit machine was down. I just don’t like the way this company does business and I don’t recommend them to anyone. I’m never going back.
