    The owner David just tells you what you want to hear. I dealt with them for 4 months since they first came for the quote. When the work was finally done the areas where they had to replace flashing was a mess. They just slapped up the old shingles which were not cut straight and some were missing. Also there were numerous black marks on the side of the house from them throwing the old shingles off the roof. So having to wait another month for them to come out to fix those issues. The workers come out spent and hour then leave. I look and they didn't finish the job. I had to call the office so they would come back. The work was sub par. In one area where I was told they would replace the shingle, they just painted over caulk thinking I wouldn't notice. So after this I've had enough, I guess I will fix it myself. Also they have left a large metal sign in my lawn for 3 months. So I had to call them to get it or I would throw it out. They still haven't come out, and not a word form the owner David. They were also more expensive then some other estimates I received. So Beware!

    I hired Cruz Roofing and Siding to replace my gutter system and add leaf guard protection. While not the cheapest he certainly seemed highly knowledgeable and confident with his company and products .After some discussion and planning everything was scheduled and i was told exactly what to expect. I couldn't wait. Returning home after installation I find spray painted downspouts! Every one is scratched and or dented. I allowed them to return since Brian agreed it was a horrible job!! They returned with the same poor quality of work. Some things were fixed others made worse! Now they think they should get a third try!!! I cannot trust them to not further damage my home. They had painted that by mistake too. I feel they had more than ample opportunity to rectify their mistakes and are no longer welcome on my property.
