      Around November of 2021, I entered into a contract with printing shop to print my logo "Real People Do Real Things Images" on over t shirts and hats. As part of the agreement, I made a down payment in the amount of 200 or $300 For graphic designs to be printed on the merchandise. Additionally, I made an additional Down payment for a number of additional graphic designs of mine "Real People Do Real Things" to be redesigned by the graphic designer. Throughout the process, I had on multiple personal conversations with the manager/owner of the black rock print shop to ensure that my graphic designs will be redesigned by his female graphic designer. However, upon visiting the print shop on several occasions. I discovered that the graphic designer was never present every time the manager told me to come at a certain hour of the day, that the graphic designer would be present for me to discuss exactly how I needed or wanted my graphic designs to be redesigned. But, the graphic designer was never present. The last time that I was present in the print shop with the manager/owner. I was told to bring in my t-shirts and hats that I wanted my graphic designs to be printed on. About a week.
      Also or so, later sir, I dropped of over 200 t-shirts and hats skully hats valued at $5 to $6 each. I was then told by the Owner That the graphic designer would be coming in about 3 PM. And that she would follow up with me but she never contacted me. December 2023, I arrived at the black rock print shop only to find out that it was closed or moved to a new location! I contacted the print shop and during a discussion with a female I learned that the shop had relocated and that all customers were notified of the move via email. 12/14/2023 I was notified by print shop stating that they regret to inform me that I was never notified via email. I made more than 2 down payments $200 or $300. Plus over 200 t shirts and hats I supplied to black rock print shop. Now they claim to have no records!
