- MaDora Stone LLC respectfully requests at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will equal 20% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more. If you are more than 24 hours late for your scheduled meeting, MaDora Stone LLC may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. MaDora Stone LLC will do their best to reschedule your service for another convenient time.
Please contact MaDora Stone LLC at least two days before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Call them at (800) 782-1084 or complete and submit their cancellation form by 5:00 p.m. the day before your appointment to notify them of any changes or cancellations.
