    I am a registered repair shop in **, I ordered a shot block from George's Auto Parts, I was told over the phone that the part had a 30 day part only warranty, I paid freight, they demanded the total be paid in cash, the junk yard is 2.5hrs away and it took them at least 5hrs to come, when the part arrived I was not at the shop and they told me the driver was unable to wait so I needed to have one of my guys pay or they would leave. As soon as I got back I noticed that the block was damaged, I told them and they said tough luck, we wrote on the slip "AS IS," so we can't take it back, they eventually agreed to bring a second block, which I had to pay more freight for, upon arrival the owner told the driver that he would not allow us to look at the block we had to either take it or get nothing. It took less than 3 minutes to inspect and see the new block was also damaged, I informed the manager I would come and return the block and I wanted a refund. Upon arrival the following day the owner refused to refund my money, so I left the damaged short block and was on my way after some choice words were exchanged.

    Well got a transmission from them, oil smelled and was dirty. They went to go drop it off at the mechanic but he refused it. Now there charging me a 200.00 restocking fee.
    My refund they sent by mail, and didn't include any taxs I paid. Now that wrong.
    Won't go back due to this!!!
