    I received email communication from the company on January 27, 2025 that my waterline plan was due for renewal (automatic) and that I didn't need to do anything. On February 4, 2025, Safety Valve withdrew the premium cost of $79.99 from my checking account. On February 28, 2025, I received an email notification that the company had cancelled recurring billing for my account had been cancelled. I logged into my account to investigate further only to discover that I had "No active plans." I called the company on March 3, 2025 and spoke with a rep who informed me that she would refer my problem to an account manager who would contact me. One week later (March 10, 2025), not having a response from the company, I called back. No reps were manning the phones and I was asked to leave a voicemail which I did. This company has not responded to my complaint that they literally stole money from my account without providing the promised coverage.

    After making a complaint to you and the office of the ******** ******* I called the company back to inform them of my complaints. This time an actual person answered the telephone and within ten minutes, they reactivated my account. My complaint, for the moment, has been resolved. I informed the company that I would be monitoring the situation and that I was unhappy that it took involving the BBB and the ******** ********* ****** to achieve my desired result. The responsiveness of this company was unacceptable and I will be looking for another policy carrier before my next renewal.

    I have now called three times. I called on 12/30 and was told someone would call back on 1/2 when the office reopened. I then called yesterday 1/8 and today 1/9.

    Each time I'm told someone will call back.

    Our bank account xxxxx **** was debited $210 on Dec. 3 for renewal of the Combo Plan.

    The website indicates however that there is no plan in effect and that was confirmed when I called also.

    We need to get this straightened out immediately and ensure that we are covered by the plan. Or they need to return the money and I'll go somewhere else.

    Charged for a service and the company has failed to enroll me in the service plan. Numerous calls to the company has not resulted in resolution. They just tell me someone will call back and that never happens. I have disputed the plan charge with my credit card company. Appears that the company is taking peoples money for a plan that never gets an enrollment.
