    They are holding my orders and refund because someone else is using the same address but they account has nothing to do with mine

    This company on or about 1/12/24 transferred my ACP credit from my internet provider to them with out my consent, approval, request or even "Correct" contact information. The email address that they have on file for me is sooooo far from correct it is almost laughable! They sent a tablet which I have not open NOR activated to my home address. When I contacted them to find out why I was being sent a Device I never asked for or requested, they tried to "Verify" my information. Which I did not give them ANY more information that they could in turn add to their account. The invoice is addressed to "ACP Customer". "New ACP Customer". When I demanded that they send me a return shipping label they requested my email address (Which I declined to give them" they then gave me the email address that they had on file which was a poor attempt of using my name. The email address that they had on file consisted of my First and Last (legal name) and some numbers. I told them that they could send the return label through US Postal mail (Which they VERIFIED the correct mailing address!) Not only did they transfer my service without my knowledge but that in turn caused my current provider to charge me a ridiculous amount that I have no ability to pay. I have no earthly clue where they got my information or how they were able to do this BUT apparently Im not alone as there are already three complaints so far this year! This is INSANITY! and they sent me a bill for the Tablet and the Service.

    ******* ** *** ***** ** Consumer states ******* transferred her over to this business without her knowledge. The consumer wants this service canceled because none of the phones work. She called them they told her they would call her back but no one has contacted her. Consumer states she should not have to wait for a call back for the service to be turned off.

    Customer has been with us since 8/21 and has been using the service each month we have the call records to show this. I do not really understand what the compaint is. I believe it is becuase the phone is not working but we can see usage on the device. If they can explain more what the issue is or call our customer service number at ###-###-####

    They called me from a different number and offered a free tablet and free phone so I wouldnt have a cell phone bill I told them I'm with ******** and I get $30.00 credit and the guy said it would not effect that and my bill went from $85 a month to $111 so I called and and canelled it and called ****** to not change anything on my bill without my permision.

    The customers account was cancelled once he called back in and notified us of the confusion on the billing of his other account. We did ship the customer the Tablet that they signed up for but it was never returned.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    These People are lying again because before they stole my ACP credit I never heard of them. I did Not contact them to get service from them!!! I called them at the beginning of the month to tell them that I never heard of them and that I didn't sign up with them! I asked them to remove any information they had about me from their system and issue me a refund for the stolen ACP credit. They agreed to remove my information right at that moment and to send my ACP credit back to me. When I called them again at the end of the month when I received  the SIM card I called them again only to discover that they DID NOT remove my information from their system and knew nothing about the refund. I spoke to a female supervisor and she personally removed my information  from their system  ( I Hope! ) and that she would issue me a refund for the ACP credit. To avoid  dealing with me they repeatedly hung up on me and refused to take any of my calls. I started an online chat with them and they gave me the run around and attempted to end the chat. I managed to chat with them a few moments longer and then they ended the chat and will not accept any of my chat requests. They agreed to removing my info from their system and they agreed to the refund at the end of the month. Now they are changing their mind again and I'm not sure if they still have my info or not. I did Not give it to them!  There are 2 **** ******s and I believe  she contacted them to get service and they used my info from the Government ACP site to get it. They made the mistake! I've done nothing wrong and I feel that I'm intiteled  to a refund.

    This customer was enrolled on 12/5 and gave all the information that is needed to verify with the federal governments that they can get approved from the ACP program. Items such as DOB, last 4 of social, address, etc. After the customer enrolled we shipped out there sim card for there service 3 days later. The customer called in on 12/18 to cancel the service which we de-enrolled the customer and cancelled the service that day.
