    The last visit we had in late August was a disaster, service wise. Soda machines all over the park were not functional. There was no ice. I waited one hour in the ********* line as there was only one register. The order kiosk was broken. Slushies and slushy flavors were not available and People were enraged.

    I had the worst experience today at Lake Compounce. I took my daughter there to celebrate her before her birthday, but because of the rain, we had to leave early. I went to guest services hoping to get a complimentary pass to bring her back on her actual birthday, but the representative was completely unprofessional and didn’t even try to accommodate us. My daughter didn’t enjoy herself at all; we were stuck in the middle of a storm, and all the rides were closing down. She was shivering the whole time. This was supposed to be a special day for her, and it turned into a disaster. I'm beyond frustrated.

    Worst visit worst park everybody dealing with you there has an attitude.first they closed the water park on weekdays which is not advertised . They only have 10 kid rides and it started raining they closed all of them due to thunder. We were like well time to go I guess and they did not want fo issue any refunds or tickets for another day they were not wanting to do any resolution everyone there was arguing with them wanting refund people took it to the point where they said they will cancel it in their cards . Horrible place

    They are aware of faulty machines near the lockers that don't go through and then charge your card long after you leave. Nice place but one star for scummy practice and them knowing about the issue yet doing nothing to fix or warn others against it. The machines are uncovered, open, there are still signs that tell you to buy a locker using the systems.
