    My wife and I purchased a heating/air conditioning system from this company back in the summer of 2022. The system is a dual system consisting of a ducted system for our upstairs and a mini split system for our downstairs. The ducted system has and is operating normally. The mini split system lost Freon about 8 or 9 months ago and was repaired by All Weather Mechanical after many attempts to get them to come out. Since then, the heating and air conditioning aspects of the mini split system has ceased to function, only distributing “room temperature” air at any setting. Aside from one text a few months ago stating he couldn’t service us at the time because numerous other customers were without any heat source, multiple attempts to contact the owner of this business, Chad Simard, have gone unheeded, to include voicemails on company and personal cell phones and text messages to his personal cell phone. We are very dissatisfied with his lack of response, not only to fix our issue but in the fact he won’t even communicate with us. Physically driving twice to his brick and mortar building revealed a locked building both times with no one around.
