If I could give this business zero stars I would. My dog went there for a little bit and everything seemed fine. Then one day we get a call that he has a little cut on his side but it seems to be fine. Ok...things happen. Then we get another call and they say we need to pick him up because it is worse than they thought. We picked him up and went straight to the veterinarian who had to put our dog under in order to ascertain how deep the gash was. It was about 1 mm away from needing a drain to assist with healing. A bunch of stitches and almost $1000 later our dog was on the mend. We reached out to Woofpack and they admitted that it appeared he hurt himself on a nail sticking out of their fence. Obvious negligence. We requested that they pay the vet bills. They countered with a package of Day Care free days. We did not agree and requested the money because, why would we send our dog back to a place that has nails sticking out for our dog to get injured on. They said they would tell the owner. The owners name is Bob C********* Between my fiancee and myself we must have called and emailed over 10 times. No response from this absentee owner once. The staff there admitted fault multiple times and even stated that the owner Bob wouldn't even return their calls about other things they needed to talk to him about. So we put in a BBB complaint.
