    Attn Sirs,
    I live on *** **** **** ****** ** *********. From at least as early as 11pm, going on until after midnight, on July 21st, a work crew from CleanHarbors was performing very noisy maintenance in our residential neighbourhood. When I went down to ask them what they were doing, they said that they had a permit for the work, done on behalf of *********.

    Their large utility vehicles lacked license plates (or I could not find them). Their smaller vehicles had the plates ******* and ******* (I took many photos of the vehicles).

    I need you to stop authorising or permitting work crews to do noisy work in residential neighbourhoods late at night. The noise is piercing, even through windows.

    (The crew was courteous and understanding of the problem, but they would not stop the ongoing work; none of this is their fault)

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    I hope that it is accurate that this is only done when there is urgent need and that generally try to do things during the day, understanding how many people live in that immediate area kept up late at night.
