    In Mid June of 2023, Steve L****, owner of Original Gutters looked at a jog to remove and replace gutters. A quote was provided via a text message for 2550.00 which included removal and replacement of the gutters and add gutter guards. No contract was ever provided or signed. After he completed the work, I expressed disappointment in how the downspouts were run via text and asked him to replace them as they originally were. He moved the front downspout to another location that was not as originally located. I then asked again to move the downspout and he returned moving it to the location that I asked for but performed spotty workmanship by using only 1 hold down screw for over 20 feet of horizontal downspout. He removed the turn out from that downspout so that the water will empty against the foundation. During the installation, he informed me that the vent pipes on the roof needed to be resealed and charged me 300.00 to do so. The work was done improperly and now I need a roofer to correct the work as the way he installed results in leaks.
