Thank you to Sean and his crew for taking down, taking away and rebuilding our new deck. His crew went out of their way to take away the old deck for us. The new deck looks a whole lot better than what was up there before. The taller railings look great and the overall craftsmanship of the deck will probably outlast the house itself. This deck is solid. We will certainly enjoy it! We haven't sat on our old deck in many years because of its condition. Lou and another crew member were here to complete the deck and worked well together. All of the crew was polite who was here during this process. Lou and Sean even explained what look of stairs would look good with this smaller deck. When the time comes we hope that Sean and his crew will return to add the stairs to make this deck complete. Sean and his crew came to repair our deck, but due to some unforseen issues, had to demo old deck and rebuild new one.
Sean and Lou explained everything in detail what next steps would be and how everything was going to complete job.
Lou was here every day with another crew member, sometimes alone completing our deck.
Everyone of the crew were very polite and worked extremely well to complete our deck.
They went above and beyond our expectations.
I will definitely use SPZ in the near future for other repairs.

Sean is a very trustable and an approachable guy who will pick up your phone calls at any time of the day - even on weekends. For new home owners like us, Sean is the right person - he educated us on a lot of things, he ran over the process in detail and gave us accurate estimates. He basically made sure that we are comfortable with everything. His crew is very reliable and skilled - they do everything - carpentry, paint, repairs etc. We had Sean for a lot of home improvement and repair works and we are very happy with the outcome. SPZ Construction is first rate! Sean and his crew set the standard for quality work with attention to detail, a clean job site and helpful suggestions. Our experience, with a sunroom addition, was done on time, within budget and Sean kept us informed as to what was happening from start to finish.
