      I thought this would stop once they figured it out I talk to them on the phone got no results. I put an obituary in the *** for my son ***** **** who died on May 29 2021. I was informed that they would not put it in the paper unless it was paid in advance $153.00 I paid it via ECH over the phone. The paper has been sending me advertising invoices every month since April 2021 maybe sooner. I am asking you to get the debt discharged and to stop sending me invoices for something that is already paid. My sons name is ***** ****. I am his mother ***** **** and I put his obituary in myself. What a waste of time and money as well as bothering me every month.

      I apologize, one way or the other this should have been taken care of. We changed systems in June of 2022, so all I can see now is a balance forward, so I can't track down the history of when this ran or when/if it was paid. The customer didn't say who she talked to, but I will take care of it and credit the account.

      Have not received a news paper since last week called left several messages finally talked to someone i was told I would definitely receive a paper Saturday did not get a paper Saturday or today have tried calling left several voicemail’s
