    On 10/9/24 I reached out to CMH small engine to service and contacted “Mike” to have my **** snowblower annually serviced and he agreed to pick it up on 10/10/24 for service. Prior to pickup the snowblower was in good working order and was not damaged. Mike picked up the snowblower from my residence and allegedly he or an employee serviced/rendered service and dropped it back off in my backyard on 10/21/24 I agreed to the payment prior to the drop off and paid CMH via ***** ********** on 10/21/24 ($225). When I received the snowblower on 10/21/24 it appeared to be in good working order and I did not turn it in or closely inspect the snowblower trusting CMH did their job. I used the snowblower for the first time since the CMH service to clean my driveway on 2/9/25 and it was running worst then any previous years I had it serviced by other companies and noticed the following: 1. The plastic chute was cracked and snow was penetrating out the side of the chute. 2. The self propelled power was intermittent and died after 1 hr of use, and I had to push this machine 3. The gas also appeared to be leaking. I text “Mike” at ********** on 2/10 at 0809 hrs the aforesaid issues asking him to please fix the issue and he he responded at 0817 hrs “This was 5 months ago. I don't warrantywork that far out. Your machine worked fine while it was here.” At 0820 hrs I requested his business name because I could not locate an LLC online and he ignored my request and replied at 0823 hrs “6 month old gas-no good varnish now. Self propelled you prob ate a belt cause you used the machine Broken piece was not when it left here.” I then asked him again for his business name at 0824 hrs and he never responded.
