    A contract with All Green It LLC (AGI) to install solar panels on the roof of our house was signed on 3/8/22. By 6/3/22, two payments totaling over $10,000 were made for deposit and for ordering equipment. For over one year, no equipment was delivered and no work was done by AGI. Numerous dates for installation were promised and cancelled. Also, no building permit was ever applied to the Town of *********. I contacted AGI on 6/20/23 to cancel the project. Despite an email from AGI on 6/30/23 stating that a refund was processed, no fund was received. I filed a suit against AGI and won a judgement of $10,625 from Small Claim, Superior Court of CT on 12/07/2023. So far I have had no response from AGI.
    AGI conducts a fraudulent business. Please advise properties owners not to engage AGI for solar panels installation and other projects.
