  Jess was amazing to work with as our month-of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable and supported throughout the planning process, despite only officially supporting us for the month leading up to our wedding. Her calming presence was certainly felt throughout planning and our wedding! We loved working with her and would absolutely recommend her to other couples looking for a planner or coordinator!

  Jessica did an amazing job tying our wedding together! She was an excellent communicator with us leading up to the event, consistently keeping up with our emails, Zoom calls and text messages/phone calls. Jessica was level headed and decisive, yet soft with us as we navigated through the intricate wedding process. We had a unique wedding (very authentic/creative) and Jess was so patient with every single detail. On the wedding day, she came with two extra helpers who truly went above and beyond. My family and close friends raved at how organized and well executed the wedding was and a large part of that goes to Jess. We look forward to staying connected with Jess. We would recommend Jess to anyone who needs her services!

  JHevents provided month-of-coordination for our wedding in May. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She shared our vision for our wedding from day one, helped us create a very detailed plan to bring it to life, and kept track of so many details along the way.
  She and her team expertly made sure our day went as smoothly as possible, so that we could just enjoy ourselves! We had a few unexpected hiccups and they navigated them perfectly. She seemed to be in multiple places at once, coordinating not only myself, my husband, and family members, but venue staff and our multitude of vendors as well.
  We cannot recommend her enough for her services. Thank you Jessica for helping our wedding day go perfectly!

  Working with Jess and the team at JHevents was an absolute dream. Jess thought of every detail, making sure my family and I were fully prepared for the wedding. She went above and beyond, coordinating seamlessly with our vendors to manage timelines and ensure everything ran smoothly. The team handled even the most challenging vendors and the logistical complexities of our venue with grace and efficiency. On top of all that, Jess and the team were consistently warm, supportive, and genuinely kind to my family and me throughout the entire process.

  Jess was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. We were very unfamiliar with the wedding process and were grateful to have Jess and her team guide us along the way. We love that she was informative when we asked questions and always made us confident in our choices. On the day of our wedding, her team did a great job coordinating with vendors and overall making sure the wedding went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Jess as our wedding planner and would highly recommend her to all of our friends.

  JH Events is amazing and I highly recommend. From day one I work with Jessica and she got started right away. I hired her for day of coordinating, but she went above and beyond. Liz and Arianna were onsite the day of the wedding. We got married offsite and when we got there I couldn’t have been more happy! They did an amazing job setting up the venue just as I had pictured it. It was stunning! And they were on top of everything all night, making sure we stayed on schedule, and making sure my fiancé and I always had everything we needed. I would recommend JH Events over and over again!

  There aren’t enough words to express how amazing Jess and the entire JHevents team are. Throughout the wedding process, I kept saying how impressed I was with their diligence, attention to detail, and flawless organization. Jess leaves no stone unturned and no detail overlooked. She anticipates everything and ensures you’re completely prepared for your big day. If I could give one piece of advice to future brides, it would be to make JHevents your first investment. This was, without a doubt, the most essential decision we made. Our wedding day ran smoothly, even with all the moving parts, and that’s entirely thanks to Jess and her team. If you have any hesitations, let this be your sign to go ahead and book them. Thanks to Jess, I was able to relax, be fully present, and truly enjoy every moment of my wedding day. I honestly can’t imagine how we would’ve done it without her.

  Hiring Jess was by far the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding!
  We met with her monthly in the year before our June 2024 wedding, and she made the often stressful wedding planning process much more enjoyable with her calm demeanor, fun personality, and of course her extensive knowledge and experience. A few months before our wedding she took over communicating with our vendors, which allowed us to relax and look forward to the upcoming celebration knowing that everything was in good hands. All our other vendors mentioned to us how wonderful it was to work with Jess as well!
  The day of, Jess and her assistant Liz truly went above and beyond in making sure the day was as perfect as we could imagine. They did everything from making sure everyone was where they needed to be for the ceremony, photos, and entrances, to setting up our decor just as we had described, to bustling my dress right before our first dance! We and our families and friends were able to simply enjoy and live in all the happy moments on our big day without worrying about a thing.
  Please do yourself a favor and hire Jess for all of your wedding planning and coordination needs - we promise that it’ll be the best wedding planning decision you make too!

  We could not be happier with our decision to use Jess for her month-of/day-of services! From our very first call with her, we knew right away that she was the perfect fit for us. Not only is she incredibly kind and personable, she is passionate about what she does and extremely organized. She was always quick to respond to our many emails, and did a great job at keeping us calm at times we were stressed as she helped us find the appropriate solution. Even though her services didn't technically begin until the month before our wedding, she was vital in our vendor search by providing us excellent recommendations of people she had worked with previously and had a positive experience with. This was how we found the perfect person to watch our dog so we could include him in our wedding without worrying.
  Leading up to our wedding, Jess did an amazing job getting in contact with all of our vendors to finalize all details, along with providing us suggestions and pointing out things we had overlooked to that point. On the actual day, she and her assistant, Arianna, went above and beyond to execute our vision perfectly, with us following her detailed timeline so that we didn't have to worry about anything else. We had multiple guests approach us on the day to tell us how incredible of a job she was doing.
  Jess provides such an incredible value for her services and we are so lucky to have found her! We couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. We had the perfect wedding day and that was only possible because of Jess and her amazing team. We highly recommend Jess to everyone!

  If you are reading this, hire JHEvents immediately-you will not regret it!! My day went prefect without 1 issue. If there were issues, Jess did an AMAZING job hiding it from us! 
  We had the pleasure of working with Jess and Alicia for our wedding. I am a pretty organized person, so l was able to book most vendors and get all the initial portion set up. The rest of the planning was the scary part. She directed us through it all, the stress was minimal and planning was truly enjoyable. The price was way more affordable than we expected it to be as well! 
  The amount of work Jess put in those few months before the wedding is almost indescribable. She was on top of making sure we made deadlines, gave us incredible suggestions and helped get the most out of our vendors that she was already in close relationships with 95% of them from her past events. Jess made us feel comfortable in a time of chaos. 
  On the day of the wedding, Jess and her team were REMARKABLE!! Everything was going so smoothly all day that I kept asking if there’s something that I need to do or worry about because it was the easiest day I’ve had in my life. Timing was perfect, she had every single minute of our wedding planned wonderfully where we had time alone together when we requested and structure to have all the moments exactly when we wanted them to happen. Literally NOTHING went wrong the entire day. It was my dream wedding executed by JH Events flawlessly. 
  If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. It was perfect because of Jess and the team at JH Events. Any party or special event I plan in my future will include Jess!!
