    I paid the owner in full (cash) which I have a signed receipt for, to replace the glass on a slider. The work was never completed my many phone calls, texts, and emails were never returned. The work was then completed by another contractor and I want my money back from USA window pro

    On 5/27/22 John D******, owner of USA WINDOW Pro, located on **** ********** *** ***** * ******** ** provided a quote for 8 replacement windows at *** ******* *** ** ******** ** for my 95 yr old aunt, ******** *****. As she is on ******** I wrote a deposit check for $2400.00 to order windows. Mr. D***** assured me that work would be completed by August. I spoke with him several times in July & the windows had not yet arrived. Upon my return from vacation 8/10/22 I called Mr D***** & phone was disconnected. I drove to the address & it was OCCUPIED by another buisness. I filed a report with the ******* ****** ***t on 8/14/22. This thief must be stopped & arrested. He is active on social media ******** & last address listed is ** ****** ** ********** I have uploaded picture from ** from 7/31/22 & copy PLEASE help me get my money back as I need to get windows replaced asap. ***** ***** ************

    John D*****, who I believe is the owner of USA Window Pro came to evaluate a broken window in my home on a Monday 6/27. He quoted a price of $250 to repair and requested a 50% down payment. He said that he would come back that week. He never came or called back. He didn't return phone calls, text messages or emails and basically ghosted me. I found someone else to repair the window a few weeks later.

    Purchased replacement windows for my home in March2022. This business has closed and never delivered my windows nor refunded my 3200.00 dollars. Does not return my calls, and has never tried to contact me.

    Hello, We met with John D,***** the owner of this business on 5/5/2022.He quoted us $7000 for glass installation and rescreening.He agreed to complete the work in the next month as we had guests arriving.We gave him a &3750 deposit by check.He cashed the check 5/7.He scheduled and cancelled the work several times with manyexcuses.He eventually promised to refund our deposit by 7/8/22,but has made no attempt to do so.He no longer answers phone calls or messages to his work or cell phones. At this point we just want our money refunded as we don’t find him trustworthy at all.We can supply copies of contract and check if needed.Please let me know how best to proceed.
