    Property sellers beware! Do not let the buyers' agent arrange for your septic tank pumping prior to inspection. This co. hire the sates' most expensive pumping contractors! For a 500 gallon tank, the charge was $405. The same tank was pumped a year ago Oct for $155. Make your own pumping arrangement!

    All parties involved with this transaction were made well aware of the pricing breakdown days prior to the septic tank pumping. All parties elected to proceed. It wasn't until after the pumping was completed that *** ****** decided to say that he wasn't comfortable with the price. The price that he states that he previously had the tank pumped for is not at all feasible from a business standpoint. We discussed with him why our cost is what it is - dumping fees at the wastewater treatment plant, labor costs, insurance cost, truck costs, fuel costs, etc. - but he wouldn't relent. In good faith, we provided him a $25 veteran discount as well, however, that still wasn't enough to appease *** ******. We tried everything possible to make this transaction as pleasant as possible for the customer, but sometimes you just can't convince unreasonable people to see value in the service you are providing.
