    I am submitting a formal complaint about Ashley Furniture’s confusing and misleading return policy. When I purchased furniture online, I understood that I could return items within 30 days if they didn’t meet my expectations.
    For on online order, I tried to return a rug to the store within the 30 days from delivery date. The store declined to process the return and directed me to contact customer service. When I did, I was informed that returns must be initiated within 72 hours, which contradicts the stated 30-day return period. This lack of consistency and transparency is highly disappointing.
    I am requesting that Ashley Furniture provide a prepaid return shipping label so I can return the item. It is the store’s responsibility to ensure customers have clear and accessible instructions for returns, which I did not receive. The rug did not meet my expectations, and I expect Ashley Furniture to provide a fair resolution.
