    On 3/28, I brought my car here to have them install some headlights, fog lights and a front grill. When I went to pick the car up, the first issue that I noticed was that the remote start wasn't working. I quickly found out that was because the hood was reading as opened (even though it wasn't) which does not allow the remote start to function. The tech that worked on the car came out to troubleshoot the problem, but it became apparent that he wouldn't be able to fix the issue that day. I got a call the next day that the car was fixed and ready to go. When I got back to the shop, everything SEEMED ok at first. However, when I got ready to drive off, the electronic parking brake would not disengage and I started getting a bunch of warning lights on the dashboard. I had to leave the car at the shop yet again. (Now until the following Tuesday when the owner would be back in the shop.) That Tuesday, I got a call from the owner, Matt, saying that the car was fixed and ready to go. When I got there, all of the lights & codes were now gone, but they soon returned. I tried driving the car but didn't make it out of the driveway before the car went haywire again. Also, the parking brake engaged causing the car to roll to a stop. Also, the ambient temperature sensor issue was not resolved. Matt did suggest that I bring the car back to **** ***** but as it stands, the car is pretty much underivable. Besides, at this point, **** ***** has had multiple opportunities to get it right. I definitely would NOT feel comfortable taking my car back there. I now have to have the car towed to my local dealer service center for them to troubleshoot the issues and hopefully fix the problems.

    I went to tint world the first time in september 2023 to get my sun strip vinyl redone. After a month it starts to fall apart and bubble up. I then call owner Jamil and tell him about the situation. He tells me to come in for time we agreed on over the phone. I commute 45 minutes from my hometown to Tint world of ********** again, for then owner Jamil to turn me away and say his vinyl guy isn’t there and to come back later that week, giving zero consideration for my time. I then drive back home and have to take off work later that week to then go back into shop to get it done. I then drive back up to get it redone a few days later. Now 2-3 months later my vinyl is falling apart bubbling again. I then go to review the business and my experience on ****** reviews leaving a one star rating. I get a response on ****** a few hours later saying to call the shop and they will discuss how they can make it up to me( review posted sunday February 25th 2023). I call Tuesday afternoon Feb 27th and speak to owner Jamil about the reoccurring issues with the vinyl and service. Owner Jamil tells me to send pictures of what it looks like. I send over the pictures to then I recieve a a text Via Imessage a few hours later at 5pm that night from Owner Jamil starting off with “ you bombed me on ****** ?”. He goes onto say this was the first time it’s came to his attention which is false, as every time I’ve gone up to that location he is the only employee i’ve spoke to and responded to me on ****** that sunday. Jamil then goes onto tell me that He will no longer give me a refund or dosnt want to discuss this situation any further because I left a negative review. Owner jamil no longer will reach out or answer any of the concerns that I send after that text message. * I am willing to provide all screen shots of the messages he sent me and proof of the faulty work he has done to my car*
