      Purchased a ****** washing machine from Buzaid Appliance on March 17, 2024. The machine broke and they sent service (*** ****) here 4 times. One time they told me I needed a plumber because the problem was my water pressure. My water pressure was fine. One time they told me I needed an electrician because there was a problem with my outlet. My electrical was fine. I guess the other 2 times were when they came to assess the problems. I told them that this was not acceptable to have a brand new washer that keeps breaking down and I wanted it replaced. They told me that it was up to *** **** to determine that. I said after 4 times that service has been here I feel that the machine is a lemon and should be replaced.
      This company does not stand behind the products they sell. They should have refunded my money in full.

      Contacted by management at Buzaid’s. They offered to replace washer. I declined because the machine is working well, now that multiple parts have been replaced. I am afraid by replacing it with another machine, I may go through the same ordeal. Norman apologized and offered to wave the delivery fee of $129 and I excepted.
