    The morning of Nov 2, 2022 I left my 2 Shih Tzu in there care. Hudson had gone before. The puppy it was her first big cut she was only 1 and half years old. My love my beautiful puppy Rottie and her daddy Hudson. Well, they removed the collars off of them and then put them outside in that area in the back with out any supervision at all. Hudson and Rottie both got out of the pen because the gate door was left open by the staff they never checked before putting them outside and they got out. neither one knew this area at all. Rottie first big day out.. There neighbor had to go tell them that the dogs was out and running on federal road and the k9 unit was able to catch my older one Hudson but my love my rottie was lost. We looked every day strangers stopped to help. The officer from the ********** k-9 unit was also helpful in every step and ********** Dog rescue also so many more helpful people also helped out. Now with that being said they Magic Touch groomers took over a hour to call me to let me know they had gotten out. I work not even 5mins down the road on ******* road from their center. The owner had a staff person to call me she didn't. Well, a week later Rotter was found dead for the elements of being outside she was never left outside before this she had to be so scared and alone that it breaks my hear to this day. I cant remember the the gentleman's name that found her but the k9 office was again with me and help they had wrapped her up for me in a towel and I was able to bring her home and bury her so she may rest in peace PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMALS PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE AND TO KEEP ROTTIE NAME AND MEMORY ALIVE IF YOU DO CALL THEM AND ASK THEM WHY DID THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN TO SUCH A WONDERFUL DOG ALL SHE GAVE WAS LOVE AND MOE LOVE. In a life time you may have many pets but every now and then a real extra special one comes along. This was Rottie. This took a while to post the pain is still so hurtful but if this saves just one more from death

    So grateful to Dana and her staff for taking care of my two dogs today. Lat month I was given a replacement groomer who did a very poor job. They cleaned up mistakes and took great care. They look great! Made next appointment.
