    Very bad experience with this company and Berkshire Hills Design which is owned by the same people. Had a shower redone. Site visit was end of Nov 2022. Contract/estimate was December 2022. Job finished END OF MAY 2023. They did have to repair water damage to 2 outer walls. For this they gave me a T&M estimate over the original job estimate. I then received a bill for double the estimate, with charges included that were already in the original job estimate. Oh, they made an administrative mistake on that I was told. Good thing I asked?! The "repair" bill was still outrageously over the estimate, and I was told there was much more work needed than they thought. No one told me, no one reviewed this with me. No project manager or supervisory person verified. One of the people who worked on the repair spent a great amount of time sitting in his truck. I was charged for this time. Then the electrical lines were left outside the framing, so the sheetrock/drywall had to carve a place for them so they didn't bulge the drywall. Then the drywall was not done properly to allow for the tile design, and had to be ripped out and redone. Then some of the workers would show up hours after they told me they would start. Then the shower fixtures leaked inside the wall down through the floor and out the garage ceiling. This job was so poorly managed. There was such a lack of project management until the very end where because of all the issues they finally had someone supervising. So I have a $30,000 shower that is looks good, but certainly not worth 30k or the stress and horrible experience from this company.
