    Recently we brought 2 small chainsaws to Larsons Ace Hardware in ******* ** to sharpen chains and clean. We were told this would be done with an agreed upon price. At pick-up, we were told both saws were inoperable and chains were not installed. One screw was said to be stripped on first saw, second saw was said to be missing a screw. We disputed this since we had just used both saws after a recent windstorm. The cleaning was not done, despite our agreement when we dropped them off. Mr Larson Sr told us saws appeared ‘to be picked up from a street corner’ and ‘weren’t working when we dropped them off’ which is false. Mr Larson and staff were rude, which shocked us due to our many years of loyally shopping here. We do not recommend going to Larson Ace Hardware.
