    Poorly run business. Paid upfront deposit, took over a year to start the job. Lost three sales of lot because of this. Received final bill before job was completed. Secretary will make appointments or say Bob will return your call, but he never communicates back. Work and billing have multiple errors. Attempts to charge what has already been paid for by combining bills. Doesn’t respect client confidentiality, willing to give data and information a client paid for to whomever asks for it. Save yourself the Doane headache and there are better surveyors out there.
